"The first unacceptable problem was that the property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!! The second issue was that the property listed many amenities on Expedia that DID NOT EXIST!! I specifically booked our stay for The Arcade,Gift Shop, vending machines,and expected the breakfast buffet to be like the pictures that were posted!! Not even close!! My advice from this experience is to call the property first before you book it!! Especially if you have children!!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and avoiding unknowns. "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"It was nice the room came with a mini kitchen, however, there were no pots/pans/utensils available. The room was very clean though and shampoo/conditioner was available in the shower. "

"They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half hour farther from my destination! I expect better from Springhill Suites! "

"I think this property needs to update its photos. There were green lights on the ceiling, green lights in the kitchen. The lights would go on and off on their own even if you didn't pass them this unit was pieced meal together. It was done quickly to rent, but didn't take in consideration for the guests. The coffee pot only made 4 cups. What does it cost for a regular coffee pot? The table and the chairs don't match chair is too high table too low.There's no dishwasher which is not a problem, but there are no towels to dry the dishes for one night. Parking on the street we almost didn't get it. I'm glad we only had one vehicle. I wouldn't have been able to park the second one.It worked, but I would not recommend it for anybody that has more than two people, tops three. "

"AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming."
