Excellent location not too far away from main sites. Staff were excellent with advice and assistance. Not too keen on regimented breakfast times but not too much of a nuisance. Plenty of good places to eat located near by.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The common areas are beautiful and there are several. The hotel is very thoughtfully decorated with art work and things and there is so much that is visually engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable and charming. Just a wonderful experience.

Based on the considerations of four star hotel, the room is quite clean but the bed is not desirable for a couple seeking a comfy bed as it was made of two single beds together. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh and tasty food.
