Great place to stay
We enjoyed staying in Crozet. So much to see and do here. The house was located very close to everything and made our visit more enjoyable. The manager was very accommodating and we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Christmas stay to visit family

Perfect for a wedding weekend in Crozet
This cottage was the perfect place to stay for two couples attending wedding events all weekend in Crozet. It was conveniently located for the wedding shuttle, and we were way closer to the venue than our friends who stayed at a hotel in waynesboro, which was appreciated at the end of the night. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for us.
4 adults stayed here after driving Sky Line Drive from Front Royal. We went to to Blue Mtn Brewery for dinner about 20 minutes away. Which was very good. House was just as described and exactly what we needed for one night. Great communication with the host. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Quaint little cottage in quiet location near downtown Crozet
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage on High Street. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked. Extra personal care amenities and snacks went above and beyond. Park nearby was also a plus. Highly recommended. This is the place to stay in Crozet! Neal Carter

Comfy Cottage
This older but renovated cottage was a great place for me and my small dog to stay while visiting friends who live in the area … having AC was delightful as two of the three days I was there the temperatures were in mid-90’s … and the laundry machines in the basement were great since I was part way through a road trip from Florida to Maine and eventually back to Florida. I hope to be able to stay there again

Cute little cottage
This was a great cottage to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of town. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very informative and kept in communication with us prior to our stay to make sure we had what we needed. Perfect distance to breweries and vineyards. I can see us staying again when we visit!

Crozet stay

Great Cottage and location
The house was perfect for our weekend trip. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The pumpkin bread and dog toys the hosts provided was a nice touch. Highly recommend this cottage and we plan to stay here again.

The property was clean and well kept. It provided many amenities and the owner was kind to provide banana bread for us and dog toys for our pups. The amount of information provided for things to do in the area as well as needed information about the property was excellent.

Cute little cottage, beautiful yard
Location is perfect for strolling over for a cup of coffee, watching deer in the backyard and comfortable if you had to bring your work with you. Host was so kind to provide Apple donuts, snacks, and dog toys. It is not a city house so expect some bugs and spiders. We did have some startle me in the place but we gently relocated them back outside. Very quiet and relaxing.

Perfect for a little weekend getaway!
Perfect spot - cozy for 4 adults, but had just enough space and everything we needed. We spent most of the days out wine tasting, so it was perfect for breakfast, dinner, and sleeping. A couple nice dinner spots in walking/5 minute driving distance. Clean and safe!

Wonderful little cottage!
The High Street house was quaint, cozy, clean and close to the coffee houses! (a must). Although we did no cooking, there appears to be plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. This was a last minute trip and could not have been nicer. The yard was perfect for our dog and we did all the hiking we could handle around the area. Highly recommend this little cottage.

We booked this property with quick access to UVA for an appointment and proximity to great hiking. The property is recently updated as described and was quite comfortable for 2. Fully stocked kitchen a plus. Close walk to downtown Crozet. Hiked humpback mtn and the blue ridge tunnel. 10 min drive to Dunners restaurant (res. Required). Will keep this property in mind for another get away.

Refreshing mountain getaway
I stayed at this property with my husband and 4 year old. We wanted to go apple picking and stay overnight so that we could truly enjoy the Mountain Views. This property is perfect for relaxing and is close to everything. We did not have to drive far to view the foliage, visit the orchard, or grab breakfast/dinner. The owners were so welcoming and even dropped off yummy bread for us upon arrival. You will not be disappointed in your stay here!

Cute House, but no finer points
The house is adorable. But we did not arrive until after it was dark and not one light was on which made entry into the house difficult on the uneven stairs. No Kleenex, and a couple of dining chairs were about to collapse. Plenty of room an all very clean.

HI Claire, We would have been happy to leave a light on for you. We don't always know when our guests are going to arrive and with a 3:00 check-in, most arrive during daylight hours. We will make a point of asking each guest from now on so we know when we should leave a light on. I'm sorry that we were out of Kleenex. We usually provide a box and it may have been overlooked when restocking prior to your stay. If you had let us know, we could have easily and happily dropped off a box for you. While I don't think the dining chairs are ready to collapse, they are old. We refurbished them, painting them by hand and adding new cushions and covers and we occasionally need to re-tighten the screws. We think they add to the charm of our cottage. We will take your comments into consideration and look into purchasing a new dining set. I'm sorry that these three things affected your stay and resulted in such a low rating. Great weekend getaway
We enjoyed a great fall weekend in Crozet that included a hike at Crabtree Falls, an evening at Blue Mountain Brewery, and Sunday morning at Carter Mountain Orchard. This house provided everything we needed for a four-person family with two younger children. It's a very short walk from several restaurants (Fardowners and Crozet Pizza) and coffee shops (Mudhouse).

Great Relocation Visit
Located less than a quarter-mile from beautiful downtown Crozet. It holds views of the Blue Ridge Mountains with a quiet backyard. Perfect location for a young family. There is a great playground within walking distance as well. We were able to walk downtown, grab coffees, and walk the kids to the playground in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Easy Getaway
We stayed here for an easy family R&R getaway before school went back in. Communication from owners was exceptional; very easy and lots of information. The property is very clean and has a lot of extra amenities. We enjoyed the cottage!

Clean, Cozy, and Centrally Located
With the wife and two kids in tow, we made this cottage a base camp for a week long stay. Crozet was perfectly, centrally located such that we were no more than 30 minute from everything we wanted to do in Charlottesville, Blue Ridge trails, Shenandoah trails, Nelson 151, etc. House was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed to make it our home for the week. We loved that we could walk to 'downtown' crozet within minutes from the house and grab something to eat after a long day out at one of several great restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would love to make a return trip ourselves.

Girls wine weekend
We enjoyed a relaxing, fun, girls wine weekend in the green cottage. It was walking distance to Mudhouse for delicious coffee, the Crozet Trolley which took us to multiple wineries, and the farmers market. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee and mimosas on the front porch! We are already planning our stay for next year for these tired mommas that need a girls getaway! We loved King Family Vinyard, Knights Gambit was a beautiful farm with friendly horses to pet, and the green house at Glass House vineyard is so beautiful! Thank you so much Amy for an amazing weekend!

We stayed at the High Street Cottage for a few nights on our way back from the outer banks. We picked this location because we scheduled a visit to Monticello. The house couldn't have met our needs any better. Clean, bright and had more than enough amenities for our stay. They even provided dog toys and treats for our 2 dogs. Amy is a gem. Very prompt to answer our e-mails and offered places to eat during our stay. We've stayed at many VRBO rentals and this one was over the top. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

It was great!
The house was as advertised. It was clean and neat and bright and airy. It was a very comfortable house. Everything worked (always a bonus) and it was super convenient - we walked to restaurants and a coffee shop, a pharmacy and the hardware store. We walked our dog every day to Crozet park- which is a wonderful facility with a pool, ball fields, etc, and it had two dog parks. Which our dog enjoyed. There was also a trail (Crozet Greenway) that we ran on pretty much every single day. I have nothing but good things to say about this house, its location and the community.
