We booked this with the valet Parking. They dis not offer it when we arrived. Looking for parking was difficult and the closest garage is not close. Room was good... but bed looked remade and black mold in shower. We stayed here to visit an ill relative at Penn. It was graduation and all other hotels ...

Great experience. First time with a “counterless” check-in. I did not receive the login email to get my access code, but when I texted the number I was sorted in mere minutes. Very smooth. Clean place, great location, and blazingly hot water. Would stay again!
