"Great location close to West Point. Next to bar which can be a bit noisy. Step stairs so not for the eldery or physically appeared. Resturants are close and Ice Cream and bakery near by."

We needed a place to stay like home while our home was being renovated and this suited our small family just fine. It’s a small apartment but a family of four can navigate for short stay. Apt was clean and as described and our host was very communicative and on-site the day we arrived to personally show us the place. "We stayed with John for a concert at the capital theater, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed, much bigger than the pictures showed. Only complaint was that the balcony door did not lock/ shut completely so there was a slight draft in the apartment, other than that, it was a great stay!"

"We stayed in this property as a family of four for a week. The property is just as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. The size was perfect for our family. The property is not too far from the major expressways/highways making it easy to travel to and from the city if driving. I would also like to add that Yusuf was very responsive from the time I booked the trip until the time we checked out. I would definitely stay here again and refer to friends."

"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."
