The sink would barely drain, the bathtub was not affixed to the floor and sounded like you were stepping on a wood floor from an 1800’s home, barely any water pressure, unable to control heat in room 2) Waited 15 min at front desk to check in with no one there 3) Front desk attendant was quite confrontational, he came out to the hot tub, I was one of two people, and I had a beer. He came out; told me I needed to poor it out, said if he saw a beer again, I’d be kicked out. I was literally minding my own business, sober as a stone. I could understand if someone was visibly intoxicated or being obnoxious, I have stayed at many hotels in Canmore and never ever encountered this issue. Handled very poorly by the staff."
