"No handicap accessible rooms. No grap bars in the bathroom or shower. The mattress did not fit on the bed. A giant gap on each side. The shower did not work properly. The toilet seat was broken. The air conditioner is under a drape. Did not cool room. None of the staff smiled or responded to anyone ..."

"Well, I won't recommend room 104 it needs maintenance ASAP. The carpet smells of mildew we asked to swap rooms but the workers are from other areas as this is a seasonal gig. I think they tried their Best, but I feel the shape of our room might just be the standard. The bathroom wasn't really clean ..."
