We were able to stay an extra night but had to move from a suite to a cabana. The cabana was not level and felt like you were leaning. The mattresses in both were old and had springs that poked you while sleeping. The staff at the cafe on Sunday were shady; they told us to bring them our food and drinks and they would cook/serve them for us. We never got them back, and they charged us for a meal! I would not go back again."
