(1,000 reviews) The location was excellent as it was very close to the Paddy's market, Chinatown, Sydney Fish Market and the Darling Harbour! But far enough to be in a quiet area. We occupied 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to arrange for connecting rooms, which was helpful as we were traveling as a family. Rooms were very clean, well maintained and had nice balconies. All amenities in the hotel room was up to expectation. The free coffee and tea at the reception area was a welcome plus. (560 reviews) There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping ….
