This charming family home is the perfect place to escape the every day and immerse in 'beach life' of all kinds. Be that, building sandcastles with the little ones, surfing the waves, or strolling along the promenade; Cromer has it all. The pretty row of painted houses is an iconic image of Cromer's Victorian heritage and Seaforth sits snugly in the midst of them; it's a lovely quiet spot, yet still just a few minutes stroll into the centre of Cromer. The house is arranged over three floors, with a charming sitting room and the kitchen diner on the ground floor; two bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor and three further bedrooms and a shower room on the second floor. On entering the cottage from the pedestrian walkway to the front of the house, you are welcomed into the bright and comfortable sitting room. Sofas and armchairs are arranged around the open fire, to cosy up to in the cooler months. This lovely room has french doors leading out to the courtyard garden to the front and leads back into the generous kitchen diner, to the rear. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up tasty suppers and with the dining table tucked in the kitchen too, it makes for super sociable food preparation and eating together. On the first floor, to the front of the house there is the first of the large double rooms, with a grand bay window looking out towards the sea with a king size bed and pretty ornamental fireplace. Along the corridor is the family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. To the rear of the first floor is a pretty single bedroom. Up again to the second floor, there are three more bedrooms; a large double bedroom with bay window and far reaching sea views and a king size bed, another single and bunk room leading off. All these rooms on the second floor share a family shower room. Approached from the walkway to the front, there is a pretty courtyard garden with benches and a table, to sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a glass of something delicious at the end of the day. Seaforth's location will not disappoint. A stone's throw away are the many amenities this lovely seaside town has to offer: a stunning sandy beach with waves made for surfing, numerous independent shops and eateries, the Pavilion Theatre, the Coastal Path - it even has a zoo, a links golf course and a Movieplex cinema! Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Feather bedding provided. High chair available on request. Please bring your own travel cot and linen if you are booking for an infant. There is unrestricted parking on the street and the ability to stop outside the house to unload.
