Fully renovated from top to bottom, open reception rooms, games room, playroom, space to work, sea-facing balconies, heated outdoor dining, hot tub & private parking. This beautiful Victorian Villa is located centrally, and just 50m to the beach steps and views across to the sea to the Lighthouse, the North Norfolk Coastal Pathway, and panoramic views of the Cromer. Full renovation completed 2022\. Sea View is a beautiful coastal retreat perfect for families or groups. It is set over multiple floors and has plenty of space for everyone. Ground Floor: double reception room with Air Hockey games table, doors leading out to a balcony. Very large dining and kitchen, WC, laundry and door out to decking and hot tub. First Floor: king size bedroom, study / work from home space with single sofa bed, family bathroom.
