Charming house of 100 m2, in the quiet village of Croix Chapeau located 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Chatelaillon Plage, 20 minutes from Fouras, 15 minutes from the Ile de Ré, 45 minutes from Ile d ' Oléron, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Royan.

Rentals all periods: WEEKENDS, WEEKS, MONTHS ...  
  
Capacity: 8 adults (+ 1 infant).  
  
Weekly rental periods start on Saturday at 5 pm and end on the following Saturday at 12 pm  
Weekend rental periods start on Friday from 6 pm and end on Sunday at 6 pm

#### Agréable séjour à proximité de la Rochelle

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit plus, la cheminée (mais il faut veiller à prévoir son bois car il n'y en a pas à disposition). La location est bien située à 15 min de la Rochelle. La literie n'est toutefois pas très confortable et il n'y a pas de produits ménagers à disposition; ce qui ne facilite pas le ménage de fin de séjour.

#### Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge an Strand, La Rochelle und Inseln

Quartier liegt super für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Empfang sehr freundlich und mit guten Deutschkenntnissen. Hatten eine tolle Woche und haben viel gesehen. Strand von Chatellelion ist hübsch und in 10 min zu erreichen.

#### Maison agréable mais pas entretenue

La maison est agréable mais le ménage est inexistant, les équipements sont obsolètes (paroi de douche cassé, étendoir a linge qui ne tient plus debout ...) Un barbecue serait une bonne chose pour une maison de vacance et il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que le mini jardinet dispose d'un droit de passage par les autres locataires.

Belle surface pour l'ensemble, espace, grandes chambres, propre, agréable.... vaisselle en bonne quantité. Très bon accueil, propriétaire agréable et présent en cas de besoin. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de garage, mais néanmoins, nous avons pu garer la voiture devant la location sans problème. Chambre sur la rue : rue un peu passagère le matin.

#### Séjour très agréable dans cette maison de charme

Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. Maison pleine de charme, bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée (séjour en décembre), la chambre "enfants" sous les toits (attention, toutefois : cette chambre est au même étage que la chambre des parents mais il faut passer par un autre escalier pour y accéder - pas de communication entre les deux chambres à l'étage), la gentillesse des propriétaires, et la situation géographique qui permet de rayonner facilement (La Rochelle, Rochefort, Surgère).

Accueil sympathique, maison très agréable. Tout y est pour s'y sentir bien, l'espace commun, les chambres et tout le matériel de cuisine. Nous étions 3 couples et la maison est bien conçue pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Nous avons apprécié la vidéothèque, le temps ne nous permettant pas de grandes sorties.

#### Très agréable demeure avec des propriétaires très charmants

Logement très fonctionnel et très spacieux. L'équipement est parfait et complet. Un point de détail lorsque l'on a des enfants, la réception de la TV n'est pas optimum, elle est souvent parasitée dans la soirée. Sinon séjour parfait et agréable. Il nous a manqué le soleil au rendez vous.
