Crocodile Encounter

Our stay was great at first. the hotel was clean, friendly staff, very attentive as well, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, we had to frequently ask for house keeping to come then after we’d ask the second or third time they’d finally come at almost night time. We tried to stay out of the room so they could and we’d also take our dog with us so she would t bother them. We had her kennel in the room in case we left her, but we never did. They had the audacity to come in our room and not clean the room, but leave the linen on the dining room table. According to them the reasoning for that was because our dog was in there (which was a lie). How was she in the room when she was with us all day. Mind you we were there on our honeymoon, and we went through this everyday. I personally wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. Everything looked appetizing, but it wasn’t for me at least. I didn’t get around to trying the restaurant, but I heard great things. The parking was fine, but limited. You definitely have to get there early.

Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. The room they put us had water in the tub and water was leaking out , when asked how my stay was going thru a text I expressed this to a lady named Jessica and she apologized but no solution or anything . Food was ok but they close the bar at 5:00 pm . The pool gets closed early as well & the arcade is very small and most games don’t even work . I am not quite sure what kind of resort this is but it did not feel like a resort to us.
