The Staff were amazing especially Charlie. The breakfast was very good & freshly cooked.
The room was ok but the bathroom was small & the shower was very poor pressure it just drizzles out.
The property is very dated & needs modernising , It felt as if I was still in the 70s 🤔

This is not the hotel it used to be. Fallen off the cliff!! Poor staff, overpriced and a sad reflection on the hotel industry in Scotland.

"The staff were exceptional but the late 4pm check in and early 10am checkout meant we simply couldn’t use the facilities which we had paid to enjoy. It was a nice, clean comfortable hotel but it felt more like somewhere you would use for work rather than leisure."
