Villa Carolea

Brand new villa Carolea will simply take your breath away! Located in a private and secure area, near the famous sandy beach in Crikvenica, villa Carolea has a lot to offer to its guests.

All amenities, city center, restaurants, and coffee bars are within 650 m away from the villa. Villa can accommodate up to 8+2 guests within 4 cozy bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. Waking up in Villa Carolea is special since there is a direct sea view from all bedrooms! Two additional guests can be accommodated on the additional beds. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located on the first floor. There is an exit from each bedroom to the spacious terrace featuring sun loungers and garden furniture – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

An internal staircase leads from the entrance area to the ground floor where you can find a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a wellness area including a sauna. There is direct access to the outdoor area featuring a 35m2 heated hydro massage pool and a jacuzzi. There is a lounge area with 8 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas, as well as an outdoor kitchen and an electric grill where you can prepare meals for family and friends.

The villa is also suitable for a family holiday with small children, as it is equipped with a baby cot and a child’s high chair. For bigger children or even for adults’ fun, there is also table tennis and bicycles. If you wish to stay active on your vacation, feel free to use the gym.

In the basement, there is a garage suitable for 2 cars, a storage room, and a laundry room. An internal staircase leads directly from the basement to the ground floor.

While staying in villa Carolea, we suggest you visit Crikvenica town center or the nearby cities of Rijeka and Opatija. Also, the Island of Krk and Cres are only a short ride away!
