Outdoor shower, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
