  • If you are looking for a luxurious villa surrounded by beautiful nature where you can spend a relaxing family vacation, Villa Perla is the ideal choice for you. The villa is a real gem: the rooms are spread over two floors, on each floor there is an airy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.

    The villa can accommodate up to 7+1 guests in its four comfortable bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor, making it certainly suitable for children. The apartments are not connected with an internal staircase. Each apartment is accessible from the outside and has its own entrance.

    This charming villa is surrounded by a large, carefully maintained garden with plenty of natural shade, which will be particularly useful on hot summer days.

    In the garden you will also find an inviting private swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area with barbecue.

    Outdoor relaxation is possible in several places, so you can choose to enjoy your morning coffee, a meal or a refreshing drink during the day on the terrace, which has a covered part but also an awning to provide shade. You can also relax in the garden under a tree. Or you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers right next to the pool.Villa Perla is located in Jadranovo, a small and quiet place just a short drive from the tourist centers of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski. In Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski you will find numerous restaurants, beautiful beaches and all kinds of activities for an active vacation. The Vinodol Valley is perfect for sports enthusiasts: cycling, climbing, fishing and paragliding are just a few recommendations. The islands of Krk and Cres, as well as one of the most beautiful coastal towns, Opatija, are easily accessible from this wonderful location surrounded by untouched nature. The nearest restaurant and store are within walking distance of the villa.

Compared to other "Apartments" or "Houses", there were all things you need or are usually missing (Soap, Coffee filters, Salt, towels, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper). So we didn't have to buy all these things, which is mostly to much to take back home.The Main-Apartment is very pretty and you have enough space for a big family or friends, the second apartment was ok. Garden, Pool, Grilling Spot just perfect. Would book again!!! But I never visit the same spot twice.

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohnungen. Von der Strasse aus erreicht man Wochnung 1 im Obergeschoss mit großem Balkon. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Toiletten, Essbreich, Wohnbereich und Küche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet ausrecihend Platz zum kochen. Die verwendeten Materialien für Böden und Möbel sind sehr hochwertig. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Klimanlage, diese ist im Ess- und Wohnbereich angebracht und kühlt die Schlafzimmer nicht. Wohnung 2 ist im Erdgeschoss und über Treppen links und rechts neben dem Haus erreichbar. Diese Wohnung schließt auch an den großen Garten mit Pool an. Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sowie einen kleinen Ess- und Wohnbereich und eine kleine Küche. Diese Wohnung ist wesentlich spartanischer ausgestattet, aber trotzdem zweckmäßig. Durch die Lage im Untersgeschoss ist die Wohnung wesentlich kühler und die Klimaanlage evtl. nicht notwendig.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Was die Lage des Hauses angeht, liegt dieses ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Allerdings ist ein längerer Fußweg mit hoher Steigung zum Strand zurück zu legen. Das ist bei Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen sicherlich von Interesse.
