Villa Rina was quite exceptional. The location on the hill overlooking the bay and the island of Krk is stunning and the villa itself is hard to fault. It is well equipped with plenty to do including table tennis and golf putting. The pool is a good size and was well maintained throughout our stay. Sandra and Robert were great hosts - always friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Rina. The house and everything that goes with it left nothing to be desired, we were completely satisfied. Everything was in top condition and apart from the mosquitoes there was nothing to complain about ;-) Sandra and Robert were super nice, helpful and caring lessers. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in der Villa Rina! Alle Erwartungen wurden erfÌllt bzw ÌbererfÌllt. Die Gastgeber Sandra und Robert sind sehr herzlich und wirklich jederzeit erreichbar und verfÌgbar, wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus selbst ist wahnsinnig schön und sehr gerÀumig. Wir waren zu siebt dort und hatten absolut ausreichend Platz. Undere gesamte Familie hat den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschrÀnkt weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, aber enttÀuschende Nachbearbeitung

Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fÃŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns grundsÀtzlich wohlgefÃŒhlt.Etwas enttÀuschend war allerdings der Umgang nach unserer RÃŒckreise: Unsere Kreditkarte wurde nachtrÀglich mit 82,50 Euro belastet – wegen einer beschÀdigten Styroporplatte unter dem Grill sowie eines angeblich defekten Lattenrosts.Die Styroporplatte wurde tatsÀchlich beim Grillen beschÀdigt, als etwas Asche darauf fiel. Dass hierfÃŒr 17,60 Euro berechnet wurden, wirkt angesichts des Gesamtpreises von ÃŒber 3.000 Euro fÃŒr sechs NÀchte etwas kleinlich – insbesondere, weil solche Dinge bei normaler Nutzung passieren können.Die Belastung fÃŒr den Lattenrost hingegen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. In dem betreffenden Bett hat ausschließlich unsere 25 kg leichte Tochter geschlafen. Aus unserer Sicht ist es sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass der Schaden wÀhrend unseres Aufenthalts entstanden ist.Schade finden wir vor allem, dass man als Gast das GefÃŒhl hat, nach dem Urlaub nicht sicher sein zu können, ob weitere Kosten auf einen zukommen. Das trÃŒbt den Gesamteindruck leider etwas.Fazit: Ein wirklich schönes Haus, aber die nachtrÀgliche Abwicklung hat bei uns einen etwas bitteren Beigeschmack hinterlassen. Wir wÃŒrden deshalb eher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Super schönes sauberes Haus, genau wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen! Leider hatten wir etwas Probleme mit unserem Navi und der Adresse und haben das Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden da die Straßen mit unserem Bus sehr schwierig zu befahren waren. Zu den FahrrÀdern hatten wir leider keinen Zugang und die Tischtennisplatte war leider defekt. Es war eine ruhige und schöne Gegend mit einer super Aussicht! Definitiv zum weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes (modernes) Haus - perfekt ausgestattet - mit Pool. Optimale Zimmer-/Badaufteilung in OG fÃŒr 2 Familien mit Kindern. Großer offener Wohn-/Essbereich im Pool. Top Ausstattung (KÃŒche; Sonnenliegen, Sonnenbett, HandtÃŒcher, Grill) .... sogar ein Relax(schwimm)- Sessel fÃŒr den Pool war vorhanden. Toller Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Krk, das in ca. 20 min zu Fuss zu erreichen ist (der RÃŒckweg fÃŒhrt allerdings den Berg hinauf und dauert etwas lÀnger). Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die alle Fragen sofort beantwortet haben und eine Menge Tipps fÃŒr AusflÃŒge und Restaurants hatten. Gerne wieder :-)

Die schönste Aussicht in Crikvenica

Unser 10 tÀgiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Rina war durchgehend positiv. Ein tolles Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht und Pool war fÌr unsere Gruppe genau das Richtige, um lange Abende draussen zu verbringen. Die RÀume waren sauber, die Vermieter freundlich und immer kontaktierbar. Ein Punkt Abzug fÌr die Erreichbarkeit des Hauses, welche durch ziemlich enge Gassen geprÀgt ist. Aber dafÌr kann das Haus ja nichts. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung, man bekommt, was angepriesen wird.

IDEAL zum Entspannen. TOPP Haus!

nach fast 10 Jahren waren wir mal wieder in Kroatien und haben diese schöne Villa fÌr 1 Woche gemietet. Das schönste: Die Bilder geben es genauso wieder, wie das Haus ist. Alles tipp-topp gepflegt und blitzblank sauber. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert und das Wasser exzellent aufbereitet. Was man hier in der Anzeige natÌrlich nicht sieht: Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. PÌnktlich, zuverlÀssig, zuvorkommend und sehr gute Kommunikation vor und wÀhrend des Aufenthaltes in Englisch. Diese Villa wÌrden wir auch Freunden empfehlen!

Top Vermieter, sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Ferienhaus und Pool sehr sauber. Schöner Meerblick. Haus exakt wie beschrieben. Haus ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Nur PKW StellplÀtze, Garage steht nicht zur VerfÃŒgung. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht.

Genau wie auf den Bildern. Sandra und Robert waren sehr nett und haben uns mit Wein und GetrÀnken sowie Obstkorb empfangen. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an die Beiden wenden. Traumhaftes Haus mit einem tollen Meerblick

Villa Rina ist ein tolles Haus ,genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genÌgend Platz fÌr 8 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wobei die Betten in dem Kinderzimmer nicht fÌr schwere Erwachsene geeignet sind. Diese Betten waren fÌr unseren 16 jÀhrige Sohn recht kurz . Sandra und Robert sind freundliche Gastgeber, die bei allen Fragen zur Seite stehen. Im Ort gibt es mehrer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind.

Wunderschöne moderne Villa mit Meerblick

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt ist Kroatien und wir haben uns in der Villa jederzeit sehr wohl gefÌhlt. Das Haus ist neu, modern ausgestattet und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Es ist sehr gerÀumig und bietet auch fÌr Gruppenreisen ausreichend RÌckzugsflÀche (Wir waren mit 3 Paaren + 2 Kindern knapp 2 Wochen im Haus). Die Vermieter Sandra und Robert haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen auch wÀhrend dem Aufenthalts fÌr Fragen und Tipps zur VerfÌgung. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Leider war es im Laufe der Zeit zu kÌhl und stÌrmisch zum baden. Das war jedoch der Reisezeit/Wetterlage geschuldet. Was gibt es schöneres als den Tag mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer zu starten.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil zum Entspannen und WohlfÃŒhlen

Vielen Dank fÃŒr diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub, das Haus war wirklich identisch mit den Bildern im Internet, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und die gesamte Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und in einem hochwertigen Zustand. Die Vermieter sprich Robert und Sandra waren sehr engagiert und man merkte wirklich das sie uns einen unbeschwerten und angenehmen Urlaub bescheren wollten. (Was sie auch wirklich taten) Die Lage des Hauses war zu schön um Wahr zu sein man konnte vom Esstisch der Veranda ÃŒber das Meer schauen. Alles in allem ist das gesamte Haus mit Außenanlagen perfekt gepflegt und wirklich wie auf den Bildern beschrieben in einem tadellosen Zustand. Super Gastgeber super Haus

Gastgeber haben uns auf der Anfahrtsstraße abgeholt und einen guten Weg zum Hafen geleitet, da wir mit Boot kamen. Der Liegeplatz war gebucht, bezahlt und die Fahrgenehmigung bereits erteilt. Alles perfekt vorbereitet. Stellplatz fÃŒr Trailer am Haus. Empfang mit großem gefÃŒlltem Obstkorb und KÃŒhlschrank mit GetrÀnken. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sind schnell da, wenn es ein Problem gibt.
