### Duga House Apartment A3

The Duga House is a vacation rental property located in Crikvenica, a charming town in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County of Croatia. Known for its stunning Adriatic coastlines, vibrant beaches, and pleasant Mediterranean climate, Crikvenica is a popular tourist destination. Sea View: The apartment offers a balcony with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Pets are not allowed.  
Public parking is available.  
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.  
There is a daily fee of 10€ for using the AC. In case the guest uses the AC on their own without asking the owner, they will have to pay 200€ for Unauthorized use of the private object without the owner's knowledge
