The two bedrooms are comfortable for 4 people and the air conditioning unit, located in the kitchen area, is sufficient to cool the entire space in little time. The pillows should be updated (everyone complained of lumps), and the kitchen has no bowls (e.g., for cereal - so we made do with mugs). We had very little interaction with the host, but check in and out was smooth.
