We booked this hotel for the onsite parking they advertised and because all hotels were fully booked due to the concert at Blackweir Fields. It was very expensive for the one night. Finding the hotel was a challenge as they don’t have much signage. The “free parking onsite” is non existent, is going under construction and we were not notified. We parked in a public garage a block away at $30 pounds for 24 hours. The hotel is very basic and not under operating conditions. The front desk lady told us new owners purchased the hotel a month ago. It should be renovated first and then reopened. We stayed during the heat wave and it was unbearable with only a fan and A/C condensing unit which the employees were kind enough to provide us with ice for. We were able to fall asleep just because we were so tired after the concert. It was the worst experience we had anywhere we have stayed.

This apartment had great space and really useful cooking facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine in such a small apartment were useful for a longer stay, although we didn't use the later for our 3 night break. It's really convenient for the City centre and even closer to the Millennium Stadium, although I bet prices for major events there are much higher. Cardiff is a great city and certainly cheaper than Lincoln where we live. Strongly recommend a visit.

The room had fantastic air con. Comfy bed and great location.

No staff check in online and basic but good location

boiling hot and had air con which had error codes and went off after a few seconds - it was 'hard reset' which only lasted a few more seconds so had to get a fan (well2 as the first one was faulty) which pushed stifling hot air around the room and did not cool it. no mention that Starbucks was closed for several weeks which was the main reason for picking this chain of hotels for the location and starbucks.
