Everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and very tropical feeling even in the mid-west. Close to shopping and entertainment. Pools were amazing.

The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. ...
