"I am completely disappointed. This is my first time staying there and will be my last. Everything is done over text. You do not have a front desk person very often throughout your stay. I stayed and paid for a room. I was given a code to get into my room. The next morning we were told that my room was not paid for my card was not processed completely embarrassing. I went to the front desk and showed them the transaction out of my personal bank account. They said it could be a glitch. They were not sympathetic. They were not apologetic. They blamed it on the computer. It was very unprofessional."

We had trouble getting to her property due to pass conditions and she was prompt with communicating with us and was extremely accommodating to our family to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. "Absolutely lovely stay! The cabin was perfect for a little weekend getaway. It was my partner's birthday and I wanted to arrange a surprise (cake, balloon, etc.), and John was so accommodating. He called me right away and we were able to make arrangements. There are plenty of trails and beautiful views, and the cabin is fully stocked. The whole stay was everything we wanted and more. "
