Prepare delicious meals with ease in the full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly extends to a spacious balcony featuring a hooded gas barbecue. With its central location, you'll have convenient access to shops, the club, and the beach, which is just a short 250-metre stroll across the golf course. The garage is available for storing surfboards, bikes, fishing rods, and more, and there is off-street parking for two cars. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a main bathroom boasting a full-size bath. Downstairs, there's a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a bunk bed (double base + single top) and an additional single bed, as well as another bathroom. This townhouse comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Travel light as the property includes a washing machine and dryer.
