This small 2 bedroom unit within walking distance all village amenities including Shops, Country Club, Tavern and Point Break. Off street parking for 1 car.

Property offers TV, DVD, microwave, & shared laundry facilities.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property was in a good location, on arrival the place appeared clean but smelt very much like cigarettes which took days to clear, and we found during the stay we struggled with the amount of dust on the windows, carpets, walls etc
