It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living kitchen on 42 m² of living space. The house has several large terraces (totalling 130 m²), including a covered summer kitchen that invites you to relax outdoors. Air conditioning, SAT TV, internet and a washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome. The accommodation is quiet and private, while at the same time you can reach the village of Martinšćica with restaurants and shopping opportunities by car in 10 minutes. A boat mooring is available directly on the beach, and the owners offer smaller boat trips to hidden beaches by arrangement. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The house is ideally suited for couples or singles seeking relaxation, beach holiday, Robinson holiday or romantic breaks.
