The staff was helpful and professional. The rooms were small but well appointed. Love the decor and French wrought iron on the lift and staircase! Breakfast a bit pricey but very good. I would stay there again!

"Good budget hotel on the outskirts of Annecy. Bit of a mix-up at reception when we arrived - they couldn’t find our booking for 2 rooms. Soon resolved. Good breakfast buffet. Close enough to town. Great aircon - more than welcome in August."

"Basic hotel room but spacious (separate closed off bedroom) with what we needed. Lots of closet space. There were water stations on every floor. Parking was tight and the lot behind the property was not lit at night."
