"The first room we were given overwhelming smelled of that cleaner they use to try to hide the cigarette smell. We went straight back to the front desk and Matt was great. He understood and “upgraded” us to another, larger room with hard floors. Thank goodness no bad smell. Let me say again that Matt, at 11:00 pm, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical but the two ladies were nice and the area was very clean. We would stay again on our way through, as long as we were assured of a room with no smell."

"An absolutely adorable, clean, luxury house with everything you will need and want. The hot tub was amazing and clean. The grill was fantastic. It has everything you will need in the kitchen. It’s conveniently located. Highly recommend."

"An excellent choice for a getaway with family. The outdoor amenities were exceptional, from the fire pit to the pool and spas, seating areas, and relaxing in nature. The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked. The gaucho grille was not appropriate for our needs: difficult to manage the heat and the grille surface does not work for burgers, etc. A conventional gas, propane, or charcoal grill would provide more flexibility. Owner communication was very good before and during occupancy, with prompt responses. Overall, it was a very positive experience for our family."
