Pool deck was gross, no drinks or food allowed. Would have been nice to relax with a drink and snack as we watched the grandkids play. Our room had a horrible smell and was way too hot - fan was terrible!

Booked a room with a sofa bed and found the bed mechanism was broken and not safe to sleep on. This had happened in the same hotel a number of years back in a different room. Not sure if most of the sofa bed rooms have broken sleeper mechanisms or not but they should or sold as a sofa only. Breakfast ...
