"The hotel is currently under construction, so some amenities are not available and some were different than expected. For example, the breakfast was breakfast items that we picked up near the lobby and took back to our room (currently there is no breakfast area). They offered a remarkable variety for the situation, and we were greatful that they still served breakfast at all. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the interior doors couldn't fully close and the deadbolt on the main door wouldn't fully engage. This seems due to a shift in the whole building. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. All in all, it is clear that they are doing the best they can during remodeling and we appreciated their efforts."

"This was a very nice stay you could see that it was an older place near the lake but with all of the improvement it had under gone almost unrecognizable from its original self. It had a really large back yard that was well shaded and even came stocked with firewood which is usually an additional cost. The cottage was well stocked very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay near Lake Milton area."

"The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat).
