Go for a walk and enjoy views of Sand Knob in Casey County, and Green River Knob in Pulaski County. Green River Knob is the highest point East of the Appalachians in the Knobs Region of Kentucky. The bunkhouse was as advertised. It has a very spacious kitchen, dining and living room. We had a large group of hunters in and out. The amount of beds in the rooms allowed us to limit any issues with having clean beds. The house was clean, everything worked, hot water was plentiful with a huge tank. We had three families gathering for a holiday weekend, and our stay was very comfortable. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for our stay. Our family includes one person in a motorized wheelchair. It's very hard to find a handicap accessible rental, and this was exactly what we needed to be able to include our entire family. Larry was a very responsive and helpful host, making sure we had everything we needed. He brought a high chair and made suggestions for local food. The area is quiet and remote, but there is a Dollar General about 5 minutes away, and a larger town about 20 minutes away. It's a beautiful area to get away.
