There was a microwave and mini fridge which I wasn’t expecting. A great place to overnight. The only problem was that it is not actually in Birch Tree but 17 miles south in Thomasville. It would have been great to have known this since the picture implies it is a single structure and it is actually attached to the restaurant, making it hard to identify. It was quiet and clean and next to no one was around which made it perfect for me. It was close to trails, canoeing spots, and historic spots due to the national forest nearby.
