Propertie was clean only problem i had was i went for 3 days thinking i was all inclusive to get there and thay said its only 5 days thay do inclusive i couldn't even upgrade for the 3 days so worked out expensive

This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it. The hotel is in a good location, the staff is very professional, especially Mildrey the maid, the food is very good, especially the breakfast, I truly recommend this hotel.

The property is an oasis in a mediocre location. Plus points are it’s clean, modern, room excellent, breakfast excellent (could have some honey/jam), staff excellent, roof top bar excellent. Negative points were the options for dinner outside the hotel. Lots of eating places with reasonable reviews, but the reality is the meals are mixed in quality and our experience was poor for the service and food outside. We would recommend eating in the hotel. Overall, great hotel lead the way for upgrades for the rest of the location

Myself and family have been visiting Calpe for many many years now but our first time staying at this hotel on a last minute break. We would definitely come back! Had everything we needed and our room & balcony were huge with a fantastic sea view! Breakfast was adequate and pool was usually quiet so we could get sunloungers no problem (early June stay). It is about 10-15 min walk from the Main Street in Calpe but that meant that round our hotel was quiet 😊 we have previously stayed at Gran Hotel Sol Y Mar 3 times but as lovely as it is (and don’t get me wrong there is a big difference) but I don’t know if it’s worth more than double the cost of here! Parking around the hotel is in the ‘orange zone’ which is free all through May & June or there is the salinas land which you can park for free on only a 15 min walk away too. We had a couple of facilities issues with the air con & hairdryer but both were dealt with the same day we reported them- we will return here for sure!
