Cox Science Center and Aquarium

There is black mold in the bathroom. The shower grate was ripped off, and there was no hot water in the room, and the shower has non existent water pressure. Within 20 minutes of checking in- a lady just let herself into the room. No knocking or announcement- just opened the door. Told the front desk about the bathroom and water and she just said she would note it.
