We make an annual trip to Atlanta/Covington. We needed to find a Vrbo that was spacious & had our non-negotiable amenities (comfortable beds & a fire pit). This Vrbo exceeded our expectations. We would've loved to have a TV in the main living area but it didn't affect our stay at all. There's TVs in all bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. Decor is beautiful especially the TVD themed rooms. We had a lot of fun in the game room. We took full advantage of the fire pit by roasting smores & looking at the stars most nights. Both kitchens are well-stocked with all the necessary equipment. There is also complimentary coffee, toothbrush/toothpaste/comb packages, shampoo and conditioner. Just as an FYI...the stairs to enter the home as well as the stairs on the back deck leading to the lower level are steep so if you have issues with stairs, this may not be the Vrbo for you plus there's plenty of parking on the driveway but no garage parking due to the gameroom. The neighborhood is very quiet & secluded. Check in was fairly easy & checkout was a breeze. The host, Lennette, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay, answered all our questions, & is very accommodating. There were some cleanliness issues that we addressed on our first day & she was very responsive & assured us it will be addressed with the cleaning crew for future guests. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay & we hope to stay here again on our future annual trips with a large group. Tysm Lennette
