Welcome to Covington House where we focus on hospitality based hosting! We invite you to experience luxury and comfort in the heart of Covington, Georgia.

As our guest you will enjoy plush bedding and linens in our freshly renovated bungalow. Located less than a mile from the town center you will also have access to our complimentary 4 seater golf cart.

Home of the Vampire Diaries, Originals, Sweet Magnolia's and 200 other productions.

The space
Each room has been curated with ultimate comfort in mind. Our mattresses were hand selected to ensure everyone gets a good nights rest no matter how firm or soft you like your mattress. All our sheets are 100% cotton and every bed offers an all season down duvet. We also ensure you get to sleep till your alarm clock wakes you up, not the sun by having black out curtains in every room.

We offer a fully stocked coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate as well. Just bring the milk you like to add to your hot beverage

Close to horse park

Great location to the horse park, and apparently there has been a tv show or two filmed close by as well . Very clean house, great back yard for the dog. We were very comfortable during our stay and Breanne made sure we had everything we needed. We will stay here again for sure.

ADORABLE little farm house!!!

We loved our stay at this house. It was clean, cozy, perfect if you have a baby because they set up the pack and play for us...so cute + quaint. Would stay here again in a second! If you need a great place to stay in Covington, this is it.

The house fit our needs perfectly. Having the golf cart included was wonderful. We really only got to use it one day because the weather didn't cooperate and rained the rest of the time. Really loved this house! Had everything we needed and has been remodeled while keeping its charm. Beds were all so comfortable and the black out curtains were a plus. Absolutely the prefect house!!!

Great getaway

This property was a great location and home for our short stay in Covington, GA. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect getaway for our fall break visit to "Mystic Falls". The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the coffee/hot chocolate bar. If we are ever in Covington again, we will definitely consider this property!!

We loved this house and the location. It’s a cozy house with everything you need and a golf cart. The water pressure and the shower in the master bath were amazing, I’d love to have pressure like that at my house. The house is located a few minutes from the town square which was very convenient.

The Covingtonhouse was such a beautiful home and in a great location near the square. The golf cart helped us get into town with ease. The Covington House exceeded our expectations. It was the cutest, coziest, and cleanest VRBO house we’ve ever experienced. The owner thought of everything and was very prompt and communicative. Perfect Getaway

We were so pleased with our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Breanne was so responsive, accommodating, and wonderful to communicate with! Sister’s retreat

Cute little home!

I had a great weekend spent in this little Covington home. I had a group of girlfriends with me, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! This home is so close to the Square and with the golf cart, it makes traveling back-and-forth so much easier. I love how the home came with HBO so we would also watch Vampire Diaries :) The host is very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire stay. We are very thankful to have such good hosts. I recommend staying here for your next trip to Covington!

Very Cozy Stay; The Best Host Ever!

We stayed from 2/6 - 2/9/25. Covington House is very clean, beds are super comfy with lots of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and a hair dryer. The closets were spacious and were equipped with an iron, a steamer, playpen, toys, games, and an extra fan if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host, Breanne, had a variety of teas and coffee available too. My girls and I enjoyed the fire pit where we made smores and gazed at the stars. We didnt use the hot tub but there is one if you want. There is also a golf cart to use to get around town. My girls really enjoyed the freedom of going to the nearby square while i was at my business conference. We were also there to celebrate one of my daughter's birthday by touring Covington since my daughter is a fan of the Vampire Diaries Saga and I'm a fan of Sweet Magnolias and to go to the Georgia Aquarium. Breanne even offered to decorate for my daughter's birthday with a Vampire Diaries Themed balloon arch. It was beautifully done. Breanne was a very attentive host. She checked in with us the day after we checked in to see how our first night's stay was and if we needed anything. We had the best weekend getaway and we will definitely stay here again next year! Thank you Breanne for everything.

We loved our stay at Covington House! We should’ve booked for longer! We came to Covington to do a local tour for The Vampire Diaries. The house was adorable, clean, well stocked and even better it was ready for us over an hour early and we were able to arrange late checkout to suit our plans. The golf cart was a huge plus because we’re coming from out of town and without a car for our trip. Thank you again so much! We will definitely be back!
