The two balconies and direct access to the exterior through the ground floor give the flexibility needed for short or long term family stays. The level of equipment is high with fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and the main one has a double bed or two single beds, and it is possible to install a cot. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a convertible bed. They share a full bathroom. All of this makes this family-friendly apartment the ideal place for your winter holiday in the snow or to discover nature, history and culture all year round. The apartment is located in the S. Martinho, in the Altavista building of modern architecture and overlooking the valley of the Ribeira da Goldra, next to the centennial church of Our Lady of Fatima, the wool museum and the main pole of UBI. Ideal access point for access to Serra da Estrela and the historical center of Covilhã.
