"Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. The day I checked in everything went good at check in. At around 9 pm guy at front desk called to see who was in the room and said we was out in the wrong room but he would fix it. I told him then that the room above us was extremely loud and we were already in bed. He said he would take care of it but did not. Around 9:30, he knocked on my door to asked for a receipt for my 2 nights stay. I showed him on my phone and he left. He called about 10 minutes later and said he fixed it. The next morning we left around 6:45 to go to our event and I put a do not disturb sign on the door because I had medication and food prepared from home in there. When I came back, the maid had entered my room and changed out towels and garbage. She was not supposed to enter the room while I was gone. I informed the front desk and also informed them we had 4 people there and she only left towels and washcloths for 3. The day we were checking out the toilet continued to run but would not flush, I informed the desk and checked out. I clean up after my family and bring a garbage bag to put our garbage in so that the maids don’t have to enter my room. This was the 2nd year I had stayed there for this event and last year, I had absolutely no complaints but this year wasn’t very good. I will find another hotel next year. "
