The "Les deux piliers" holiday rental is located in COURTHIEZY, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from REIMS and ÉPERNAY, a wine-growing village surrounded by vineyards and forests. It’s the perfect place for your stays with family or friends. You’ll have access to a large garage entrance (fits 3 cars) leading to a garage of over 100 m² (with space to park 3 or 4 vehicles safely and securely) + a space with bicycles available + a room with a ping-pong table Outside, you’ll find a tree-lined garden, a terrace (not overlooked) with patio furniture, a relaxation area, a barbecue, and a spa. On the ground floor, a large entry hall welcomes you and leads to the living area, which includes a dining room and living room. You’ll also find a large, fully equipped kitchen, the pool area with a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a shower with a toilet, a laundry room, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a private bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, the large landing—converted into a game room (with a pool table, foosball table, pinball machine, darts, and a small sitting area)—leads on one side to two double bedrooms (each with a 160-size bed) and a fully equipped gym. On the other side, there is a double bedroom (160-cm bed), a separate toilet, a shower room, and another double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a private shower room. A sixth double bedroom is available (upon request only). For your comfort, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, housekeeping, and utilities are included in the rental price. You can have champagne chilled and ready upon your arrival (upon request to the owner).
