Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment with sea views for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 42 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 16 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). So all you need to do is show up!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (with a dedicated parking space).
