The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Courseulles-sur-Mer offers this 22 m² apartment for rent, 200 m from the beach and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed   
\- Open-plan kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower, WC  
  
Exterior:  
\- A 9m² covered terrace and an 11m² lawn area. The garden is enclosed, and a table, chairs and charcoal barbecue are available for you to enjoy on sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot near the accommodation.
