\- Open-plan kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

\- A 9m² covered terrace and an 11m² lawn area. The garden is enclosed, and a table, chairs and charcoal barbecue are available for you to enjoy on sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot near the accommodation.
