Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant 30 mÂČ flat sleeps 2 people and is just 30 m from the beach. It has a friendly atmosphere and is being gradually renovated by the owners.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: living room and pleasant loggia, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower and a loggia. Bicycle room.
Bed linen and towels are extra.

Located on the 1st floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area :
- Living area with a sofa bed, TV, DVD player and direct access to the loggia
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Dining table

Night space:
- A bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, and a direct access to the loggia through a large bay window
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, WC
