### Le Goeland - Appartement avec Terrasse

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat style cabin boat to less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 16 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace facing south. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room of 16 m² with a TV, convertible sofas (3 beds) and a dining area that can accommodate 5 guests.  
\- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher...  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).  
\- A bathroom with bath and toilet.  
  
Outdoor area:  
\- A terrace of 6 m², facing south to enjoy the sunny days with outdoor furniture.  
\- Secure outdoor parking for one vehicle.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...  
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure outdoor car park which can accommodate one vehicle.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Caen station located 20 km away (30 minutes by car).  
\- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport 20km away (29 minutes by car).  
  
Other remarks:  
\- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.   
\- Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost on request from the concierge.
