The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 44 m² apartment for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two 10 m² bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows :  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, WC

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a tree-lined inner courtyard of the residence, offering a calm and peaceful setting, far from the noise of traffic in the surrounding streets.
