The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers this 29 m² duplex apartment for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 15 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 20 m² terrace.  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
  
Ground floor:  
\- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area  
\- An equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
  
First floor:  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A bathroom (with shower), WC  
  
Exterior:  
\- A terrace of approx. 20m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
