Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it includes:

\- a functional shower room;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a living room with a sofa bed 140x190.  
  
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and lack of vis-à-vis (non-noisy).  
  
These equipment will be at your disposal: Cot, TV, Washing machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.  
Bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.  
  
Note that there is no wifi in the accommodation. A free parking lot is located in front of the building.  
  
You will stay:

\- at 200 m to sea birds fly (fish arrivals every morning);  
\- on the landing beaches June 6, 1944;  
\- near cafes and restaurants;  
\- close to many monuments and markets.
