C'est la maison du bonheur et de la tranquillité, loin des folies du monde! On s'y ressource dans le calme, face à la montagne et au joli village de Coursegoules. On y vit libre, heureux et en paix avec soi et la nature! Merci pour ces beaux moments de vie!

Emplacement idéal ! la vue sur le village de Coursegoules est magnifique et les alentours sont très calmes. Les commerces ne sont pas trop éloignés (Vence) et au village vous trouverez de quoi vous dépanner et un boulanger au top. Par contre la maison et son extérieur ont nettement besoin d'un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Les photos de l'annonce ne sont plus du tout au goût du jour...Transats inutilisables, barbecue obsolète, certaines fenêtres ou volets sont inutilisables, peinture cloquée dans la cuisine suite à une infiltration d'eau ..etc.. Dommage car la maison a vraiment un très bon potentiel. Nous remercions chaleureusement Gabriel pour sa gentillesse.

Magnifique vue,au calme en pleine nature
Maison sur grand terrain clôturé ( idéal avec un chien) À côté du village de Coursegoule, vous y trouverez une épicerie , deux restaurants et deux boulangeries. À 15 minutes de la ville de Vence et 30 minutes de Cagnes-sur-Mer à 1h de Nice. Idéal pour randonnée de belles cascades Vescogne ,cascade du loup ,distillerie de la lavande à découvrir. Vente de fromage de chèvre frais à 500 m de la location je vous recommande vivement le chèvre frais qui est un délice. Route de montagne ,amateur de vélo un joli colle vous attend... Les points négatifs : Maison qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, beaucoup de potentiel non exploité quel dommage.... Plus d'équipements extérieurs seraient les bienvenus , exemple des transats , réhabilitation de la piscine, etc.. Des moustiquaires aux fenêtre seraient appréciables ,( beaucoup de mouches et d'araignées).

Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, les randos et les beaux paysages, ce gîte est pour vous. Celui-ci est très bien équipé. Et si vous avez un chien, le terrain lui conviendra parfaitement (très bien clôturé).

Le silence de la nature
Accueil chaleureux de Chrystel et son époux qui nous ont fait part de leurs conseils et bons plans pour notre séjour et ont su prendre le temps de nous recevoir. Merci encore à eux ! La maison est isolée et située en contre-bas du versant opposé au village de Coursegoules : elle renferme un charme particulier qui vous fait sentir comme chez vous. Cette habitation vous offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin mais mériterait d'être rafraîchie tant son potentiel est important à l'image de la salle-de-bain qui a été rénovée. Les sièges de jardin devraient être remplacés pour le confort des dos, aïe ! Sa terrasse protégée par un toit vous permet de prendre tous vos repas à l'ombre et parfois à l'abri de la pluie. La fraîcheur du logement est très appréciable en cas de chaleur. De plus, si vous aimez le calme et la solitude, n'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas. En outre, des chemins de randonnées commencent à la porte d'entrée de la maison tout comme au village de Coursegoules ou après quelques kilomètres en voiture, d'autres merveilleuses balades au départ du col de Vence ou du hameau de Sainte-Barbe par exemple. Au village de Coursegoules, vous trouverez une épicerie qui vous dépannera et une boulangerie dont les pains variés sont de pures délices. Je vous recommande aussi L'Atelier Gourmand, un restaurant de produits régionaux où tout est fait maison, un régal et l'accueil y est bien sympathique ! Pour le reste, vous le trouverez à la ville de Vence (à 20' en voiture). L'habitation est bien située pour découvrir la région aux paysages magnifiques, aux villes et villages authentiques. Bref, je vous recommande cette location pour tout ce qu'elle peut vous apporter 😍 PS : notre GPS n'a pas su nous conduire à l'adresse de la maison et ce sont les Pompiers de Coursegoules qui nous ont indiqué le chemin. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse 😊
