This historic 210 m² farmhouse combines charm and modern comfort within the storied walls of a former silkworm farm.



Enjoy every moment of the day in the sheltered and open-air outdoor spaces.



The pool, open from May to September, is secured for children and has a maximum depth of 1.20 m. Swimming enthusiasts can also enjoy the beautiful nearby rivers.

You have access to the village tennis court opposite the farmhouse (please bring your own equipment).



The fully equipped indoor kitchen lets you prepare your favourite dishes, while the summer kitchen, with two cooking rings and a plancha grill, invites you to enjoy meals together around the large table near the pool.



On the ground floor, four charming, independent bedrooms, one with air conditioning, open onto a peaceful garden and a beautiful, secluded courtyard.



The two additional bedrooms upstairs are ideal for a family. They are interconnected: you pass through the bedroom with two bunk beds and the bathroom with a bathtub to reach the air-conditioned master bedroom with its private terrace.



A garage ideal for motorcyclists is available.



The property has three bathrooms in total.



With many remarkable sights nearby, you can explore the treasures of the Ardèche and Gard while enjoying the charm of southern France.
