Short walk to the piste Elevator to the piste level Parking included Free wifi Two comfortable double bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses), very warm and has a modern kitchen. We also have a pull out sofa bed which means a family of 6 can stay here. 6 adults is a tight squeeze. Welcome to your dream ski getaway in the charming village of Courchevel Moriond 1650! This exquisite apartment offers the perfect blend of modern chalet interior design and cosy alpine living. Nestled in a great location amidst panoramic mountain views, this property offers easy access to world-class skiing just steps from your door. Whether you\`re shredding powder in winter or exploring beautiful hiking trails during summer months, this home serves as an ideal base for all activities Courchevel has to offer. Don\`t miss out on this incredible opportunity to explore one of the worlds best Ski Stations. The apartment is located within the Croix du Verdon building and a stones throw from the snow front and even closer to some amazing Restaurants and Bars. The apartment is on the ground floor and the Piste level of the resort can be easily accessed by 4 flights of stairs or Elevator in the adjacent building. As you enter the apartment you have a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is nicely separated from the two bedrooms. Chalet Wood Panelling features throughout the apartment with matching Chalet doors. The Dining table seats 4 people and the sofa also. The sofa can be extended for extra comfort for an evening movie. The evening entertainment in the apartment is provided by the wall mounted 58 Inch LED TV with Sound bar and Base speakers giving a high quality film /tv watching experience. Netflix is included. Perfect for some popcorn, a glass of wine or beer and movie night. The main bedroom has a large 160 x 200cm Woodframe bed with memory foam mattress and has a large wardrobe with ample clothes storage. There is also storage under the bed. The second bedroom area also contains an identical 160 x 200cm bed with matching memory foam mattress. There is also ample clothes storage in the wardrobe and under the bed. Two King Size beds to ensure a great nights sleep, something that not many other apartments of this size, price and location offer. The marble tiled bathroom area has a separate WC plus a good sized sink area and walk in shower. The shower has both rain shower function and is very strong, the water temperature is very hot, ideal for warming up after a long day on the slopes. There is also an electric boiler installed, which ensures hot water throughout the year. We are now offering you a ski locker located by the Ariondaz Ski Lift, free of charge - you no longer have to carry your boots and skis each day to the piste! There is also paid parking included in the rental (Usually 22 euros per day) in the Moriond Car park, located only 40 metres from the apartment. The WIFI is a 4g internet box with speeds of up to 40mbps, much higher than ethernet wifi in the mountains! I use it to stream Netflix (on the TV) and for remote working when I am in Courchevel and it works great. There is an off road temporary parking just for the residents of the building and this is perfect for arriving and departing and also unloading food shops etc. The apartment has a minimum heat setting of 22 Degrees Centigrade, with both communal heating system and electric ceramic wall radiators, to ensure a cosy stay. The electric wall mounted radiators can be set to maximum of 28 degrees (if you want!). I hope you enjoy your stay in Courchevel and a full list of Restaurant / Activity recommendations can be provided on request. Included is access to the Cimes Blanches Car-Park, 80 metres from the apartment. Access to adjacent building which has elevator to Ski locker/ Piste level. The snow front is 80 metres walk. The apartment is on the main highstreet next to amazing restaurants, grocery shops and ski rental. There is also a bus stop 50 metres from the apartment which provides access to all the stations of Courchevel and is free. I will be happy to assist in all reservations and recommendations throughout your visit. I have been lucky to enjoy most of the restaurants in 1650, and throughout Courchevel so I can offer suggestions for any price category. Apartment is 80 metres from snow front. The main Ariondaz ski lift is located there. It is also located on the main highstreet and all the best restaurants and ski rentals shops are a stones throw away. Paid Parking is included in the rental, this is in Cimes Blanches car park which is 50 metres from the apartment. There is also a bus stop which gives access via bus to all parts of the resort.
