Single-storey apartment completely renovated in 2019 on the 3rd floor (elevator): kitchen-living room (1 sofa bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom with a window on the second day (1 double bed in 140x190 cm) and 1 sleeping area (2 single folding bunk beds in 80x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Balcony-terrace of 10 m2. Ski locker. Sheets + bathroom linen kit at €20/person. Whether you are looking for wide open spaces, gourmet addresses, sporting challenges, adventure, relaxation, meetings... Courchevel has it all. The apartment is located in a quiet private residence, overlooking an interior courtyard and the slopes.

Ski holiday

The property is in an ideal location for everything - ski in/ski out just next to the Ariondaz lift. Shops, bars and restaurants all 2 minutes walk. Property is well equipped with everything you need. It is compact but modern and has a very new feel to it. Overall, excellent.

Superbe appartement, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, parfaitement situé en plein centre-ville de 1650. Piste directement accessible au 7e étage au pied d’Ariondaz. Propriétaire au top également !
